Photographs may not be returned for any reason other than a damaged product. If you would like to return a non-photo product, Contact the photographer for return instructions.

Shipping

All orders received by April 20, 2013 will be collected and sent together to your director by May 15, 2013 - with no shipping charge for you. Please contact us at store@jrichphoto.com about placing orders on this site after April 22, 2013 and the shipping costs after that date. J. Rich Photography is testing this online ordering process in an effort to determine its popularity and ease of use for our customers. Based on your feedback we will be fine tuning the whole process in preparation for its hopeful full implementation early in the next school year. Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return* it within 3 weeks of receiving it. After your returned products have been received by the photographer, a refund check or replacement products will be mailed back to you, depending on the circumstances of the return.
